Welcome to Sounds of Divinity. By booking or attending any session, event, or service, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined on this page. Please read them carefully before participating.. Services Provided by Sounds of Divinity offers wellbeing-focused sound experiences, which may include:• Sound baths and sound meditations• Group sound, voice, and art therapy sessions• One-to-one sound therapy sessions• Workshops, courses, and retreats• Community-based wellbeing activities. These services support relaxation, creativity, and emotional wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
Participation & Responsibility
By attending any session, you acknowledge that:• You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.• You will disclose any relevant health conditions or concerns that may affect your participation.• You understand that sound work can evoke emotional responses.• You agree to take responsibility for your own wellbeing during and after the session.
Health Considerations
Sound therapy may not be appropriate for everyone. Please consult a healthcare professional if you are unsure. You must inform us if you:• Are pregnant• Have epilepsy or sound-triggered seizures• Have a pacemaker or implanted medical device• Experience severe mental health conditions• Are recovering from recent surgery• Have conditions that may be affected by vibration or sound. Sounds of Divinity reserves the right to decline participation if a session may pose a risk to your health or safety.
Booking & Payment
Session fees must be paid at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.• Your place is confirmed only after payment is received.•
Cancellations & Refunds
Client cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session may be refunded or rescheduled.• Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.• No-shows are non-refundable.
Our cancellations:
If Sounds of Divinity cancels or reschedules a session, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. We are not responsible for travel expenses or other costs.
Group Conduct:
To maintain a supportive and respectful environment, participants must:• Arrive on time• Respect the space and other participants• Avoid attending under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs• Follow safety guidance from the facilitator• Keep noise to a minimum during meditative practices. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund.
Personal Belongings
You are responsible for your personal items. Sounds of Divinity is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to belongings during sessions or events.
Liability:
All activities are undertaken at your own risk.• We do not diagnose, treat, or cure health conditions.• Sounds of Divinity is not liable for injuries, health reactions, or emotional responses arising during or after sessions, except where caused by negligence.• You agree to inform the facilitator immediately if you feel unwell at any time.
Privacy & Data Protection:
We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide will be used only for booking, communication, or administrative purposes. We do not share or sell your data to third parties unless required by law.
Photography & Recording:
Sessions may occasionally be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.• You will always be informed in advance and may opt out.• Participants must not record sessions without written permission.
Gift Vouchers If offered, gift vouchers:• Are non-refundable• Must be used by the expiry date• Cannot be redeemed for cash.

If you have a concern about a session or service, please contact us directly so we can address it promptly and professionally.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled under this jurisdiction.
